The happy couple
It was a close thing this year for the Mr Nasty trophy. In the running right up to the last minute were Nasty Andy Kind and Hurtful Rob Clayton.
At the presentation ceremony, which was staged like the academy awards with the winner’s name in an envelope, there was a major surprise - Dagga Ward was to present the trophy and to open the envelope. He did just that and the winner was… Dagga Ward.
Without his knowledge the committee had voted Dagga the winner because of his nastiness and hurtfulness. He had asked Honest Scot Brown to buy a wig for Nasty Kind, who is a little thin on the top, claiming that on one of the rare moments that Andy had removed his hat the reflected sunlight nearly blinded Dagga and cost him the match. Now that was hurtful, nasty and also premeditated.
Everyone agreed that Mr Dagga Ward should be the holder of the 2006 Nasty Trophy.
Everyone is on his or her guard at the moment. However, Honest Roy is building up some points, but let’s not forget that he is on the committee.
